I'm sure the insurance co would consider the vehicle totaled, but how can I go about replacing them? Is it dangerous/ difficult to do? Patterson Posted April 6, 2011 Report Share Posted April 6, 2011 Static electricity is your enemy. Typically they're not too bad to replace. Most wheel mounted ones are held on by screws through the back of the wheel. The pasanger side should be in a bracket with a few bolts to hold it on place.
