need my electric box on my house rescured

I sold my house and I need to get this repaired. Idk what to do. I know there are a few electricians on here if you guys have done this let me know how to do it, or come out and ill toss you a 12-pack or 2.

I could be wrong, but I think that's something that AEP has to shut power off for prior to being repaired.

If it were me I would cut the tab and open it up and get a drill with long screws and screw that ho down then replace cut tab and roll out.

Doesn't look like it needs replaced, just secured to the wall. Contact your electric company to see if they do that and how much it would cost.

This is all any electrician would do, you just don't touch the part that the meter snaps into, or where the wires bolt down. It'll only have screw holes around the outside edges.
