Most shots are like this, front and back since the cars were parked this way side by side. It used to be that if you went to an event, you tried to make sure that your photos included all the cute kids running around (they make the best photo subjects, IMO). In fact, parents might be offended if you didn't capture that priceless moment when their precious little rug rat wiped his nose on the picnic tablecloth. But the way things are these days, I'd think twice before posting other people's children's photos on the internet without first asking for parental permission, even if it's only CR (limited access).
