UPDATE: Good body shop?

UPDATE: First, S******* Towing can piss off. Has any one dealt with damage caused by a towing company?

Second, I need to know the best, most accurate, most technologically advanced, ridiculously good bodyshop and collision repair center in Columbus. Price is no option. Here is what a local towing company did to my car while looking for a quick tow when I ran into a friends house for a few minutes:

Old, useless information: So my 335i finally took a hit. Male deer's head at 90+ destroyed my fog light and knocked the bumper out of alignment. Any ways, I have been toying around with the idea of throwing on the M aero kit. I always need a few dents removed.

Are there any good body shops in or around Columbus?

our family has always used dan tobin's body shop off sawmill in dublin. they did my moms CTS, sisters mazada 3 and my prelude when I got in my accident. they did amazing jobs on each car and were reasonable in price.

CSN Motorsports out of Plain City.

Excellent experience there.

Care to elaborate on your experience? What kind of work did you have done?

Are you in columbus or the 513?

I'm in Columbus. Campus area specifically but I'm willing to travel pretty far for good service.

Achbach does more BMW repair than anyone else around. He's the only one I know of in the state that is using OEM BMW paint, which is water/based. But he is slow and expensive. Good guy in general, but it all comes down to the individual doing the work, as always. I dont know all the ins and outs to body shops but I do know he uses paint chips to match colors and with the water/based paint the colors are always spot on (from what Ive seen). my $.02

Dan does good work yes, he uses Sikkens paint yes, does he cut corners like everyone else yes. Does he do more BMW's then anyone around, no.

All waterbased systems use chips to match color. Water is matched to the chip not the color code. Chips have been around for years. They're called variant decks. I have 52 of them. So in saying that, someones Mazda may have a Pontiac color on it.

Every shop has their draw back including me, I'll just be the one to admit it to you.
