sol740
Not that it matters, but was this inside the victim's home? Sounds like it may have been on the street. Regardless the outcome was justified, don't be a worthless criminal, and you won't have to worry about being shot in self-defense.

Knowing this idiot he was probably robbing the guy in the middle of the street in front of the entire neighborhood
XChris1632X
With the way shit goes now days, if he gets enough followers defending his death, an innocent man would end up in prison for killing this piece of shit.

KennyFKINPowerz
I just read that he was not being held and no charges have been filed as of yet but I do believe its going to the Grand Jury to see for sure.

RC K9
It blows my mind that it is even considered to go before a grand jury...why in the world should someone have to defend themself about defending themself?
RedRocket1647545505
Had it been open carry, if the robber can prove it was concealed then he is fucked. Even if the guy was still alive to argue it, I fail to see how that makes any difference in whether it was justified or not. Even if he was CCWing illegally, the shoot sounds legit and that's what matters.

verse
Not if you don't have a CCW. Do you live in a state other than Ohio? If you don't I'd LOVE to hear how that is true.

RC K9
needing a CCW to open carry makes no sense. In the state of OH open Carry on your person is legal. As stated above, that does not pertain to a person in a vehicle unless they have a CCW. To walk down the street with a handgun in your holster is legal WITHOUT a CCW.
