Tractor Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 If its similar enough to the S2-IS then you can buy an adapter ring that goes over and around the lens assembly. This will give you threads that you can use to attach a circular polarizer, wide angle or telephoto lens, and other things. Also there may be a firmware hack that will allow you to put the camera into RAW file mode and also give you some more video features. I used to use a similar hack on my S2 before I got into DSLRs.
