Rocky31186
Check loose steering components, who is balancing the wheels? Are they taking alot of weight? Just because they balance to zero doesn't mean they won't cause a shake. Steering wheel shaking? Or seat shaking. Rotate tires and see if it switches. stangsn95gt
possible tie-rods or ball joints
acklac7
had an inner tie rod that was horribly bad causing symptoms similar to yours. Does the shaking go away when turning to one side, then re-appear when turning to the other? - thats what mine did.

im faster
IT COULD be a problem with the new wheels..they are used.. unlikely but i do have pretty shitty luck
zeitgeist57
Warped brake rotors...
im faster
it does it at all times braking makes no difference.. in saying that could that still be the problem?
Rocky31186
.. ... Im guessing he obviously checked all the steering and suspension parts... Maybe if he said he put brand new OEM wheels and brand new tires on it we could eliminate the wheel and tires being the cause.. I would STILL rotate the tires to the front... and double check all the parts on the rear..
Rocky31186
it does it at all times braking makes no difference.. in saying that could that still be the problem? Your pads are always somewhat touching the rotor... Or you could have a locked up caliper slide pin, causing the pads to still be applied... But normally if they are that bad, you will KNOW its something in the brakes when you stop..
acklac7
. Or you could have a locked up caliper slide pin, causing the pads to still be applied... But normally if they are that bad, you will KNOW its something in the brakes when you stop.. Yea I had something like that going on once, car would shake/buck/pull (from the rear) like a motherfucker but only when I applied the brakes. Drifted/Braked the living piss out of it and whatever it was went away for good :fuckyeah:
im faster
rear left wheel.. there is rust on the caliper where the pad should be applying tinme to do the back brakes
LS_Sonoma
Horsepower son. Horsepower causes tire shake. Congrats, youre doing it right in the Maxima. j/k - I got nothing to contribute.
AJ
spin the wheel and see how it looks. it is possible to bend a hub, i've seen it before.
Alex L.
The tire could have a broken belt as well.

TTQ B4U
The good news is there are 2-3+ reputable places/sponsors here on CR that can help diagnose and fix it.

31rx7
I am assuming the wheel bearings are not loose / worn? And, as AJ said, there is a possibility of a bent hub. It is highly unlikely there are worn bearings or bent hubs on both sides. Are you able to sense whether it is left side or right side?
