Turbotrio
I know you can do it in Photoshop but for those of us that just do quickie-edits (I only have a dumbed-down "Elements" or something) how can you reduce noise in a single or series of photos? I need to add them to Flickr and I will give examples but I found a pair of Bald Eagles at Alum Creek this morning but it was 8am and not enough light for the ol 100-400 lol. I bumped the ISO to 2000 which made the lighting better but added a bit of noise. Thanks, Jeff Here are a few: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7007/6448657171_5db4758f1b_z.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7171/6448671011_fae2f7dc29_z.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7166/6448676205_1f3bdac303_z.jpg
twistedfocus1647545489
Despeckle filter (if available in Elements). Probably could use some other work to make it nice, but thats a quick/dirty start.
mmrmnhrm
There's a despeckle filter in the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org) if PSElements doesn't include it.

Today was the same pair (I assume) I have seen twice this week and then the "Little" one was with them today as well. Yesterday it was just the young one in the same tree in just as bad of light so another poor pic but you get the idea: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7021/6448834219_76e537fbfa_z.jpg This is right by the boat-dock off Cheshire. Berto
I can't see the pictures but to eliminate grainyness apply a surface blur in my elements. See if you have that.
