Looking to buy a house----ROOF NEEDS REPLACED

I'm trying to buy a house that's a foreclosure. It needs the entire roof replaced. I'm looking for someone that will do good quality work (Cash off the books) for a good price.

 

It's a 2 story house that's 1800sq/ft total. The roof isn't really difficult it has two roof lines and two skylights.

 

Any recommendations?

Fuck everyone that got tax rebates for buying a house. When I bought my first one 6 years ago I got $0 back from buttrape IRS. No seriously I would just do it myself if it wasn't winter time. Why not just buy it and wait 4 months and replace yourself?

I'm like you. I bought in 07 as a first time home buyer, didn't get shit, even had to pay my closing costs. Fastfoward to 2011 not getting shit again, yet this time I'm trying to rape the government for as much money off as possible.

 

As far as doing the roof myself, I don't have the time nor the knowledge. I'd rather have someone do it and guarantee it and be worry free. I'm going to spend more money but it will be done in 1 day.
