Some still serve full portions for this, but most don't unfortunately.

 

They are 3 or 4 course meals. If you need full portions at that point you need to learn portion control, and lose weight.

whats her history? 1st restaurant? where else has she worked?

 

She used to work for Two Caterers and a few years ago she branched off an started her own catering company, Laura's Catering. This is her first restaurant and she has a number of really talented people working with/for her.

Thanks for the advice. Didn't realize that you were a dietician.

The main course isn't the same size most of the time. Most of the time people get the same three or four courses when they go out anyway, so I figured that I would mention it. Please let me know how to control my out of control weight too. Thanks!
