BrendanB
Hey all, I'm new to this site, got referred over here by some fellow LS1Tech users so I figured I'd introduce myself. I drive a 2000 Pontiac Trans Am 6 speed manual in Navy Blue Metallic with T-Tops, has just a bit over 73,000 miles on the odometer as of now, and is my DD. I am a student at Columbus State Delaware, transferring into OSU main Fall semester, and tend to be out driving as often as I can. I bought the car for $6,500 (2 summers worth of saving) in September. It's a 2 previous owner car and is in overall excellent shape mechanically, and cosmetically. Currently the car has Magnaflow cats, 9.5MM plug wires and iridium plugs, and a Flowmaster muffler that came installed with the car when I bought it. No huge plans for the near future as of now, only plan on getting a Diablosport programmer, new lid, and the full SLP Loudmouth 1 system. I hope to get to know more of you all, and am sure I'll see some of you out driving! 1 Question, anyone know how to post pics? I'd want to take them off of my LS1Tech account if that's possible... http://ls1tech.com/forums/member.php?u=211180

Richard Cranium
Welcome, and +1 for what Jones said about the programmer. I've never heard much good about any of the handhelds. There are several very good tuners in the area and they can wring much more out of your motor than any handheld will.

Cordell
Like this. http://ls1tech.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=22906&pictureid=79047 http://ls1tech.com/forums/album.php?albumid=15478&pictureid=72498&gnr_tab=1&ref=gnr-next&mode=gnr_rand Welcome to the site, if you want Loud!! the SLP Loudmouth is the way to go. I had one and eventually took it off because I was getting harrassed. I also wasted my money on a DiabloSport tuner, do yourself a favor and have someone tune your car with HP Tuners or EfiLive. I tune my own at this point.
