Mallard Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Just like Tesla, the volume was planned to be higher, and the base price was supposed to be lower. Seems they can't control their costs, so the price keeps going up, and they had some supply issues which is keeping the first year volume down. The second and third models are planned for higher volume too, just like Tesla. Their Delaware factory still isn't building cars, so I'm not sure they qualify to draw more of the loan yet.
