I have a 24x30 steel building located on a normal size lot near Valleyview on the west side. It has a concrete floor and 220v service. There is a loft in half of it and the other half has a full height ceiling, great for a lift! It would be wonderful for a workshop, storage, or whatever you desire! I'm very motivated to sell it, due to a growing family! I listed it on craigslist for $14,000. I would take quite a bit less if someone could make a sale happen asap though. I dont have any good pics of the inside, I will get some soon though. The price for anyone on cr is $10,500 too.
