Took me ~4 hours to remove and replace them in my 04 GT with the heads still on the car! Hope this helps anyone out trying to swap out cams/springs! Works on any 2v car. http://www.euroexportinc.com/store/tools/valve-spring-tools/ford-valve-spring-compressor-4-6-5-4-valves-engine.html It requires 4 smaller bolts to bolt onto the cam towers that are not included.
