Anyone need rims/tires for the track? 3 passes and just a few highway miles on them. Rims have some fine scratches like someone used an abrasive to clean them. I bought the rims used a few years back for track tires. $300

The rims are in really good condition. So..........how's that bar-B-que coming. Lol

haven't had the smoker running at all this week....gotta get up your way to the ace hardware and get some charcoal. No progress really on the mower either. Got in a box of parts today that had the front axle, spindles, and kart hubs in it. I can start building the front end now. Need to score a place for scrap metal. Know any places out this way? Buying the shit new gets extremely expensive. I need some 1/8" stuff to make my jackshaft cover and I need some 1/4" stuff to build a reinforcing plate for the jackshaft to sit on. I'm hoping to get front wheels and all 4 tires next week or so and then I can set my height and lower the mower. After that it's just steering and brakes.

just scrap basically. I'd have to measure to see what I need but I need 1/4" plate that's maybe 18x24 or so and a larger piece of 1/8". I found out there's a scrap place here in town....I'm going to go talk to them next week and see what they have.
