GSXRAntwon
Its really not all that hard, and should take you about a half day to prep, lay and grout. Google or YouTube it, save $, PROFIT

Diamonds
well, look at it this way, i had a guy (in jail now) who was going to charge me 400 for the 100sq feet job. The supplies will cost me about.... Backerboard - 65.00 Cement - 50.00 Screws for backerboard - 20.00 Spacers - 10.00 Saw Rental - 45.00 Grout - 15.00 To me that looks like 205.00 Are my prices accurate? I have the tools and sealer already.

Franchi
I installed 440 square feet of ceramic tile in my entry way and kitchen about a year ago. Never done it before but took a class ( free on Sat at Tile Shop ) and took my time and turned out well. NEVER. AGAIN. I'll hire somebody, fuck doing that shit again. LJ
LOL what was the worst part? do you consider yourself handy at all? In my experience it's the constant getting up and down and bending over. I also get the point where I am battling exhaustion vs the drive to finish in my self allotted timeframe. mrs.cos
LOL what was the worst part? do you consider yourself handy at all? the backpain aftwards. for me finishing the job is the hardest part of doing it. I have 9 tiles in my kitchen that i still havent finished. Angle cuts make me stabby.
Diamonds
LOL what was the worst part? do you consider yourself handy at all? For me, if it costs me 400 to have it installed or i can do it for 200 in supplies.... i'd rather just pay.

Twistedrx7
Do not use truckin, i repeat do not use truckin. Mike has a good guy to use, I'm not sure if he is available though, he has done work for a couple of CR members.
