R/C Funny Car

Way back in the 80's, in the small town of Buffalo, Texas, there used to be this small shop that had scaled top fuel dragster races. I wish I recall to what scale, but they were probably about 3ft long at least. Hard to recall as I was only in the 4th grade at the time. I do recall plenty of awesome.

I think the thing uses a 1/8th scale set up, shit could get intense REAL quick with that.

The $500 price tag will keep me out of the market on this until the big car is done.

Is that $500 for the tree or the car?

Bolink has had dragsters and funny cars out for years, they just never caught on big around here. I have a buddy in Woodstock that has been doing r/c truck/tractor pulling for years now. Some of the multi-engine setups that show up to his pulls are very intense.

105.6 feet

I should have worded it better.

Modern day RC cars can travel that distance in a stupid fast time.

What would be the best way to determine a good size track for these cars. Is using a scale 1/8 size track best?
