I wanted a foam gun that would work with my pressure washer and provide enough foam that could cling to the car to pre-soak. Before I used the detergent hose that was attached to the pressure washer and that didn't do much at all. After searching the internet, I found that all the foam guns I wanted were out of my price-range...or required a standard hose. Until I searched autogeek.net forums and found a cheap alternative: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=202184733&R=202184733 It's only $20, so I figured I would give it a shot. This device is a simple quick disconnect that attaches to the end of your pressure washer wand...similar to what you do with other attachments. I found out that shaking the container prior will help mix the soap up, and pre-foam: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-32-26_682.jpg?t=1333909263 The main purpose of this is to let the soap soak into dirt, helping it release and prevent swirls. The only problem with this foam gun is that it eats through the soap pretty quickly. There is a adjustable valve to control the soap release...but that doesn't release as much soap and it runs more than desired. It's plenty to do the whole car about twice...but if you don't like using alot of soap...this isn't for you. Everywhere ive been...they have had a couple in stock. Im pretty certain they fit all gas pressure washers. Electric ones they will not. good review. love your car man. I mean if it has a metal quick disconnect you're golden...but if not them you might need to see if OE has any parts...
