schmuckingham
Interesting short read, kind of unbelievable a bank can drop someone just because of what they make. Wonder how many dildo companies BoA has a line of credit with LOL. http://pjmedia.com/blog/breaking-bank-of-america-reportedly-drops-gun-company-for-political-reasons/
RyM3rC
Yep. They are completely public with their agenda on this matter. I vote we legislate it is legal to ballistically deface at all Bank of America signage until it says only "Bank of"
Mojoe
BOA use to be the place that soldiers had to get there GOV travel card through. It's a credit card activated for when you are put on orders and may have expenses. BOA was horrible to deal with. I refused to get the card, which we were told was/is mandatory. After a few years, BOA was dropped and another bank has had the service. F@#$ BOA
AngryBMW
Interesting quote from the article... "Bank of America was the recipient of well over 100 billion dollars in federal money. They are also one of just two vendors processing payments for Barack Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign, employing a system that disables safeguards against illegal foreign donations. Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the site of the Democratic Nation Convention in September." Is Obama working towards revoking our right to gun ownership? -Marc

street pilot
I don't doubt it's true, but how can we verify the authenticity of that story? From http://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica We want to let you know that we hear your comments and questions regarding one of our customers. While we cannot discuss the details of any individual client we work with, we can assure you the allegations being made here are completely false. Bank of America does not have a policy that prohibits us from banking clients in this industry. In fact, we have numerous, longstanding customers in the industry. We are also extremely proud of our support of the US military and reject any assertion to the contrary. We count as clients many companies that provide for our nation's defense. We employ thousands of veterans, Guardsmen, and Reservists, and plan to increase our hiring this year. From http://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica I love how they are very careful not to say firearms in their response. It's as generic as can be.
