SilverAudiMike
Does anyone know the closest place to get a title and plates in one stop near Polaris? Does the place on 23 by the old Big Bear do both? What about motorcycle temps? What is the process? I've searched and it seems like the only place to test is on W. Broad in the hilltop. RyM3rC
Take a written (or on computer test), fill out the paper, and bam! Temps. Study up because it's surprisingly tricky, unlike the driving test for your temps.
Guest Spam
I nearly failed the motorcycle one because of all these inbred questions they ask...like what would you do in this situation. I took mine in Hilliard.

POS VETT
The most northern "one stop" in Franklin County is on Morse Rd. There are both Deputy Registrar and County Clerk of Courts Title Office separated by a few doors.

SilverAudiMike
It's still open and I was able to hit both the title agency and the license agency in less than 45 minutes during lunch hour today. Boom.
Bigbird
There's a title agency near Walmart, but there also used to be a DMV there as well. That's what closed, not the title agency.
