Browning Posted May 22, 2012 Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 Caliper is sticking right? It's on my moms 94 bravada. I just changed both fronts wheels' pads and rotors not even 3 months ago. The inner pad on this one wheel(drivers side front) had no pad left. She just told me it's building up again. Could it be anything besides a caliper that likes to stick from time to time? Pads need to move freely on the caliper hardware. This. Caliper would be a good bet, but it could be a hose, frozen slides, or pads that didn't move freely. I would imagine they would notice the vehicle pulling HARD to one side if the other side was not working at all... And the rotor would be rusted over.. Both sides should be checked regarless..
