I've been busy with my truck and now its wedding season so I've been busy shooting and editing.

I like the "city hall" idea and I'm planning to head downtown for some photos later.

Wish I could go. Shooting two graduations today. One was in a church with broken air. :(

Well, I thought I would see all kinds of flags, crosses, red white and blue type stuff downtown. I didnt see shit. I drove around for maybe an hour downtown. Gave up and took pictures by one of the bridges..

Of course I was unprepared.. As I had to park a mile away and walk, I didnt bring my whole camera bag.. So I forgot my remote. And not thinking I wanted my 200mm lens, I did... Oh well. Wife went with me since she was bored.

I just got back its like 12:30 am, I might post up some photos or I might go to bed. Guess we'll see. Wife went to and took some photos too. I found out tonight that the 5Dmk2 is completely comfortable in the night urban setting compared to the 40D being at its limit when doing hand held work.

As for the trip, we parked at High and State ST's. and walked down to see what was going on at the new park (where the mall was), looked like a mess, but they had live music so we walked down to Scioto Park and back up to City Hall from there. Very nice night with lots of families and couples out enjoying the evening.

We gotta get a CR Photog crew together and do downtown soon. The night time presented lots of possibilities for seeing things like we don't normally see them, ie interesting light and shadows. Hopefully I was able to get a few cool images, its very hard to tell on the rear display if your idea will pan out in larger form, especially when its stuff outside your comfort zone. Sure is fun though;-)

Lol maybe, I did see a guy and a girl, dude had a DSLR taking photos. I was pushing a double stroller with the kids in it, wife was walking. We didn't have our cameras out at the time though. We went to the Supreme Court's reflection pool and began our shooting.

Were 26, I had a black shirt on. Shes pregnant.

I didnt see any strollers tho.

We will have to meet up and go down there. As I dont know where shit is, and get lost everytime trying to find a place to park and walk to take pictures..

I only took about 10 pictures tonight, as she was hot and has to work tomorrow.

Im normally over by where the swings are along the water.
