THIS is what happens when you disrupt natural cycles...these areas used to burn off every 10-20 years. Now...by preventing the small fires, dead wood and brush build up until there is no way to prevent fires from exploding out of control. Luckily he just has some soot on his garage and was able to return home last night. He sent me a pic from his backyard and it was pretty crazy.
