93fox
Cable too tight maybe??
twistedfocus1647545489
Usually I find the cable to be more at fault than anything. I'm not sure I'd blame a cable for something as serious as actually bending the pedal, but either way it's a good start. If your cable isn't Teflon lined, replace it with one that is. Steeda or Maximum Motorsports are good choices (you must use a firewall adjuster with the MM though). JEGS usually has the Steeda cable in stock. Ramsey
i have a firewall adjuster and quad, been thru like 3 cables. ive snapped them after they touch the header, they have since been heat wrapped and pulled a way. the cable always needs tightened. Ramsey
could the clutch be meant for a hydraulic clutch?
Miller
You could have the disc flipped. Ask me and Brian how we know.

Patterson
What about a bad pivot ball?
Wheezle
Routed the correct way? Improper routing can cause undue friction on the cable and make the clutch ungodly stiff.
Green Bastard
What about a bad pivot ball? came here to post this. I had a clutch fork break around the pivot ball and it was stiffer for a couple weeks until it actually broke. how is the car shifting, still smooth? Miller
that would effect pedal pressure? Ya it do. Big time.
Dave1647545494
make sure you have a good ground cable installed between the engine and the chassis or it uses the clutch cable for a ground and eats it all up inside.
Drew2o2
The cable is either bound up or twisted or is poor quality. Be careful u may damage ur firewall if u dont fix this. Also make sure ur quadrant is shimmed properly so the cable has a straight shot coming in instead of going to the side.

twistedfocus1647545489
It just occured to me, have you checked the bearing retainer for galling? If it's jacked up it can cause the bearing to bind pretty badly. There are steel ones available as an upgrade to prevent galling.
schmuckingham
Sounds to me like something is bent on the snout. Either the retainer or the throw out. Also check the pedal assembly and make sure its not all tweaked or the quadrant is fooked up
Ramsey
I'm planning on replacing pretty much all the little pieces including pedal assembly. I think my routing is paying a big role.

Ramsey
not under the motor mount is it? It's not pinched, but does run little different then stock due to the turbo manifolds.
