Mojoe and I are looking to expand our availability and where we can hold CCW classes,

So this is what we are looking for, closer to 270 the better but nothing is off limits per say.

Obviously must be lawful to shoot there, have a parking lot or somewhere close to park grass, mud do not care just somewhere for students to park.

What we will do.. All brass will be cleaned up (will be shot over sheets) no trash will be left behind.

I will have a waiver for us to sign and have notarized this is for both our protection. it will be as iron clad as I can make it so that you hold no responsibility for anything.

The money part will be per class and decided on in private as well as a contract for a price lock (no increase for a year). but you are not required to do anything but make sure the land is (there) and is mowed. If you wanted to get your CCW a discount would also be available. We would need the land for only 2 hours a class so probably 3 hrs with set up and take down. The reason this is on a per class basis is due to budget of course, but I have a pretty good price in mind so that a couple hundred bucks a month is not out of the question depending on classes. I have no problem writing a $1000.00 check if It is worth it.

If the land is close enough and good, than we can talk about a new plan and having structures built and such, at that time it would be a lease or rent contract of course.

Most importantly it must be either your land or you MUST be able to make this decision( yes this has been an issue before)

sorry for the word salad but its way to early for me
