I had new jets installed and it appears to idle and WOT fine but at highway speeds I am surging and my a/f is jumping 14 to off the charts. Any ideas? It operated normally prior to my new 650 carb. The stock carb didn't have enough up top but did great at cruising. Do you think the idle mixture could assist? It does sound like if there isn't a blockage issue that the idle and cruise isn't even close. or as far as that goes it could have a vacuum leak.
