Tripleskate
The OZ Ultraleggera look weird in any size under 18in for the most part, fortunately, you are looking at 18's. I don't like that particular model of TR wheel. Since the GTI is a daily, I would choose the OZ. "Function > Form" People put way too much emphasis on light-weight wheels, but the reality is that a heavy tire would offset the 1.5lb benefit. Before this offends anyone, think about where you ideally want rotational mass to reside.
TTQ B4U
O.Z. IMO. Use them as your winter wheels. :gabe: http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/121707455/original.jpg

WrxRcr
Since I tend to be more function then form, I'm gonna say the TRs. Cheaper tires to go abuse and lighter, plus it's not like they look bad. I will agree the OZs look better but that is not my first requirment when looking for parts. This, if you plan on doing any kind of racing the cheaper tires will be greatly appreciated.
