Not sure how they get around the SBS NFA business...considered "AOW" - 5$ stamp. http://www.serbu.com/top/superShorty.php It doesn't have a stock from the factory and the barrel is shortened below 18 inches it can be registered as a AOW. But to build the AOW shotgun it still requires a $200 dollar stamp. But it would only cost 5 dollars to transfer it. But you still have to wait 6 month though.
