They cam off of a 80k mile 5.3L Grand Prix, I took them off myself so beleive me when I say the casting number on one is 243 the other is 799, that is just proof that the 2 castings are identical. The engine I removed them from had excessive oil consumption past the rings, and the heads are in good condition. Those of you who don't know this is the best factory casting available in a cathedral port, unless you want the bigger chambers of 317 head (same ports).
