if its the body area where the control mounts you can order a new mount area that WILL NEED to be welded in by a body shop. I'd highly suggest take it to a Body shop.

 

I can't see anything from that picture but if its the right rear frame area Honda P/N 65610-S02-A00ZZ Retail price is $416.31

 

if its the right rear Gusset Honda P/N 65711-S00-A00ZZ Retail price is $133.36

 

those prices are for the parts only no labor install, like I said take it to a body shop

The piece of the body in the picture where its circled is whats rusted, you can't see it from outside the body but underneath the car is rusted. rusted at the frame rail? Not sure, today i got a quote for 1,00 and another for 400 to fabricate something to work or cut another piece from a junk yard civic and weld it in.....

 

if you can get me a good pic of your car it'll be easier to tell but if its one of the 2 parts I listed then I might be able to get you a better deal on the price, then you'll need to find a body shop or someone really good to cut out the old part out and weld the new part in, just don't fabricate anything that MIGHT work, if the car is paid for then do it right by spending some money, other option is you can get rid of it then search for something else and possibly have a monthly car payment
