Hi, I'm paul I'm from the Cleveland area, 24 years old and I have a 2011 camaro 1SS with the L99/A6 combo. I've taken it to dragway 42 a handful of times. My best time on my old setup with a vararam intake and a borla "ATAK" catback (stock ECU still) was 13.1X @ 109.XX WITH a passenger. Over this past winter I sold the catback and bought/installed LG superpro long tube headers in 1 7/8" -> midpipes -> into a full 3 inch LG exhaust with a JRE (jannetty racing enterprise) mail order tune, via SCT x3 handheld. This current setup hasnt seen the track yet so im curious to see where she stands as of now. Only thing I'm a little butt hurt about is after spending over 2k on the long tube setup, I learn that IPS has a killer TT setup for the LS3/L99 which is by far one of best FI systems out but i think my investment in my LTs may have to steer me towards a blower setup down the road.

fairly new to the car scene, im pretty entry level but im not car illiterate. Im in a few local forums in NEO but its some mickey mouse crap for the most part. Buddy with an evo whos big on DSMs got me on here.

In the near future: wheels/tires, cam, gears, blower ....trading for a 5.0....hah jk

If i left anything out feel free to ask away. ill try to find some more pics, exterior is fairly stock except for the "retro" SS front emblem.

A close friend of mine is on some local cleveland area forums with me and frankly they arent very informative or even car oriented anymore and he said this forum is pretty legit and actually helpful.

You were lied to, welcome to the forum.

You've come to the right place. There is nothing but car talk on here from mostly professional race car drivers and skilled garage techs. Welcome to the site.

i frickin knew inadequate lawncare would be my downfall. In my defense (for the weeds in the driveway, the willy wonka grass, and tree with scoliosis), come good weather and I literally neglected everything to be out in my car... girlfriend, personal hygiene, work, etc.

haha alright ill stick to my camaro forum for technical support then, and this for everything else.

yum yum LS1. Steve are those forgestar wheels??

Bigger Picture

No, they are knockoff c6z06 wheels made by oewheels.

This forum is a great place to be and tons of people will help you with legit information, IF its asked in a forum section where trolling is not allowed. As for info that may help you, this is for all other intents and purposes ColumbusLSX.

Gotcha. Im a big fan of the forgestar F14s, look great (opinion) but id gain some width, and lose some unsprung mass with a smaller wheel, and shed a few pounds. 1900ish is the only deterent as of now. Those stock 20s belong on earth moving equipment...
