stangsn95gt
Never done one but Im guessing its not much different than a glock which is a 5 min install for springs and a connector.

Mitch
Is there some place local to purchase the apex kit from? Still kind of salty I bought a gun that pretty much requires a trigger job right out of the box

Mojoe
Take the rear sight off was a bit of a frustration doing mine. I'm told most are as hard to break lose, but certainly was starting to piss us off.

M&P LOL
Mojoe
There's a pin on a spring under the sight. Kind of like the same design as the spring in the pistol grip of the AR for the selector switch.

Hahn
Let me know how much better the Apex kits are. Tossed the idea around a while but never pulled the trigger (pun intended). Is it that much better than stock though, because stock doesnt seem that bad.
ross
Survival tactics usually has the kits but I'm ordering mine from midway for the simple fact that I don't feel like driving to reynoldsburg...and they also don't have any in stock ATM. I don't think with the shield it is as big a differeance because the small frame make the gun very snappy. So shorter, smoother trigger, 9in a small package hasn't shown to be a benifit to me for how I would use my Shield.
Dammit Charlie
honestly, I would never bother with the APEX kit. The stock trigger is crap, but a good gun smith can make it PERFECT. Save your money for better sights. Just my opinion though.

Although I've also been considering of ditching the M&P40c for a Shield 9mm
