TurboNova
My buddy Dan owns dipped whips and approached me about dipping my nova for an upcoming car show to place at his tent. I was kind of on the fence about it but did want to see my car a different color... and in the end I was impressed with this stuff and really like the matte black look on the car. Best of all it can be peeled off and back to the old. The stuff is super durable and the finish is pretty bad ass here are a couple pics its from my cell phone so it looks better in person, some people are plasti dip haters and thats cool its not for everyone. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/20130625_210052.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/20130625_210040.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/20130625_205959.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/20130625_210018.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/20130625_210104.jpg

Cordell
Curious to see in person, but it looks good in that color.
DKilbourne
Not my flavor, but looks like it was done well.
-Alex-
Not a plastidip hater, but I'd much rather see the hood painted to match the red than the car dipped to match the hood lol
TurboNova
Yeah... the hood will never match, personally Im a big fan of the gloss black hood and the car a different color. Its not permanent, just something for the car show and for his business. I do like it and my car was a 15 footer to begin unless you were looking at the immaculate engine setup. Nickey4271647545519
I might be in the minority, but I preferred it being red.
TurboNova
I might be in the minority, but I preferred it being red. it will only have the dip for a month or two then it will go back to red most likely... Im still saving my pennies to get the body work done and have it actually painted
Miller
I haven't had much experience with people fully "dipping" in person, only accessory parts. I think it looks pretty bad ass. If it were truck bed liner that would be some gay shit.

Stretch
I like it. Been debating dipping mine myself.
TurboNova
my buddy who owns dipped whips did his vette in white and also monster green. The green is bad ass but I only have a pic of it in white. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/SAM_0315.jpg
2 Sweet
I like it  The white vette looks cool too. Curious to see the green

1badeagle
Looks sick with the trim on it still to break it up. What does he do about the door jambs?
TurboNova
no the jambs are still red.If you want to spend the time and money then jambs could be done. but with this setup it will just all peel off in big sheets and will be back to the old red in less than an hour of clean up when I want to put it back
1badeagle
I always wondered if people do the jambs or not.

truckin
Looks good. How much weight is added I wonder since its a rubberized coating? The green vette is horrid IMO, but not mine.
