I never drive this thing anymore.

04 Comp-G

116k miles

18" Voxx wheels.

HUD

Leather

Paddle-shifters

I can't think of anything this doesn't have.?.?

Less than 150 miles on:

- Professional exterior detail (including $90 spent on headlight refinish)

- Full ZZP exhaust (downpipe + cat. converter + full piping + stainless mufflers) - go price this stuff, geesh.

- Delco plugs $$$

- Lifetime Belden wires

- Mild performance stuff - couple sizes down on pulley, tune, some free mods.

Added front spoiler plus 10 other things I'm not thinking of right now.

Some nicks and wear, but overall sharp car. Has had a "clunk" in front suspension under a hard shift since I bought it. Never investigated.

From what I see on Autotrader, $7100 is a decent price?

I miss this car every day. It does have a re-flashed pcm for the smaller pulley and a hand full of other things. Should still have the tubular trailing arms on the rear, by FAR the best grand prix I've seen. I was the second owner, I knew the first. He was a enthusiast who traded it for a G8. This car has always been owned by car guys and well cared for. If I had the cash and needed a great daily I'd pick it up Vince.

It has tubular arms? Nice. :)

Yeah, I'll miss it too. You should see it detailed with the new exhaust and redone lights.

I should mention - the new exhaust is on the loud side. Probably would be a plus for most people, but I am getting old. :) I do have a resonator from the old exhaust I can include.

Rusted through in 2 spots. A lot of it is still usable, but I got a little click-happy on ZZP's site one night and ordered brand new, front to back.

You can kind of see it here.

Open to a lot of things, but I have an 06 Ram. Now... if you want to trade that NEW truck of yours... :)

Yeah as I was typing I thought I remembered you having that Ram for sale here. I'm hoping the new truck last me many years to come. If I sell the F150 and you still have GTP maybe we will talk. I'm going to wait til spring to sell it since it's 2wd.

A Comp G would make a great 2nd car for the wife. She always loved my 98 GTP.

"Has had a "clunk" in front suspension under a hard shift since I bought it."

One of the following, in order of likelihood:

Intermediate steering shaft

Upper motor mounts

Front struts

Lower motor mounts

Some other minor front suspension component (end links, etc.)

None of which is a problem at all, all are very cheap/easy to fix, and almost all 2004's have the noise. Still can't get rid of my clunk and the only thing I haven't done yet is the front struts... so you know what that means.

At any rate, good luck. Good looking car. :)

No trans issues since I've had it.

Thanks for info Chris. It never bothered me enough to investigate cause. I rarely ran it hard and it makes no clunk sounds during normal driving.

Will return PMs later this morning.
