I am looking to store a boat and that would leave 1-2 other spots. I have to come up with a price so that means collectively we would have to figure what its worth to us. Access would be 24hrs. Sits on 10 acres(no use of land) and it does have a small occupied house we would have to be considerate about. Area is secured just 2 minutes from my home. I don't know specifics about utilities so just assume this is no more than storage. I would be doing month to month ideally and wouldn't try to get locked into a contract but I would expect anyone whos interested to try and be committed to at least a year as that's what I would feel comfortable telling the guy.
