checked PLUGS and the wiring everything looks good.. even the wiring harness grounds. pulled the codes and its right front speed sensor malfunction. I JUST replaced that hub over the summer. I cant reset the code. it wont let me. it lights come on as soon as I turn the key on.

I'd bet that the wire is broken inside the insulation going to that wheel. Fairly common issue with w-bodies. Pull the harness out of the plastic sheath and tug on the wire until it pulls apart, splice it there. Or if you want to do a better job of fixing it once you've confirmed its the wiring you can get the whole speed sensor harness. iirc its around a $100.
