Buck531 Posted December 13, 2013 Report Share Posted December 13, 2013 Might be sort of the same but on the Regals the soldering connections on the heating element come off. starkmaster03 Posted December 13, 2013 Report Share Posted December 13, 2013 I have an 05 Silverado and mine just started shutting off as well but mind are only saying on for like 30 seconds the first time and the less time after that unil they turn right back off when you turn them on. Drewhop Posted December 14, 2013 Report Share Posted December 14, 2013 This is not on a Tahoe but may work the same. My Volvo seat heaters one was working and one was not. So I figured I would switch the switches to see if it was switch or seat problem. In doing so I accidently caused switch that was not working to fall apart. I looked inside and the connection on the switch itself was corroded. I got rid of corrosion and polished it up and they both work perfectly now.
