flounder
these aren't legal are they?Yes suppressors are legal as long as you follow the proper BATF rules for obtaining one.
warpspeed
how much they costs?
flounder
how much they costs?Prices vary depending on caliber, manufacture, suppressor material, etc. A can for a .22 will cost you $250+ while a Ti can for a .30 cal can run upwards of $1800. Then dont forget you have to have your barrel threaded or adapters made for pre-threaded barrels with different thread configurations, FFL fees if you have to have it transferred, $200 tax stamp to BATF to legally buy, and any other misc fees involved. The wait time for the paperwork processing can run 3+ months just to get everything approved.

flounder
If you make one on your own, you run the risk of going to jail for a very very long time. Its one thing the BATF doesnt mess around with. Scary thing is that they are not very hard to make. PS. potatoes dont even compare to a legitimate can. There are plenty of youtube videos to prove it..

flounder
Its a very nice range. Its the range that I shoot long range tactical competitions at. (1100+ yards) Thunder Valley out in Kimbolton Ohio.It was nice having all the different models of suppressors as well as a Class III dealer and Class III suppressor manufacturer at the event to talk with and be able to demo multiple products.
