They've received very little use in the past year or two, and are in good working condition with zero issues. The TV includes: TV, Remote, matching stand with 2 glass shelves, and owner's manual. Looking for $350 OBO. Xbox 360 includes: Halo Reach console, 250GB HDD, 2 Halo Reach edition controllers, 2 generic chat headsets, power brick, 2 USB play-and-charge cables (but no batteries), Halo Reach Game, Xbox 360 media remote, and the box.
