Stolen 98 Posted August 12, 2014 Report Share Posted August 12, 2014 My G/F's 5r55 transmission is slipping in her '05 V6 Mustang. Car has 92k miles on it and had a 4.10 rear end in it for about 15k miles, now it's back to a stock 3.31. Anyhow there is a long delay when going from "R" to "D", and also a slip between 1-2 or 2-3, it feels tired... Any recommendations for a shop to rebuild a 5r55 locally?
