I was worried the days of 400+ hp daily drivers were coming to an end for all but the rich. Cars like this prove me wrong. new cars are expensive. while a lot more cars are coming out with 400hp stock, its still not a large volume. and these cars are not cheap either----your G8 certainly wasn't 400hp, when it was built 7 years ago. a couple years ago, you would hear rumors of guys eeking out a base modle 5.0 mustang (412hp) for $25k. mustangs are easily north of $35k and upwards of $45k when optioned out. i don't know the price of camaros, but i have to assume its similar, with dodge the same. its the price of admission.
