About the Job

 

At DebtHelp there are 3 levels of Sales rep. Reguarless of level you are hired in at, you will have the opportunity to move up based upon your success.

 

Level 1 – Telemarketer

These reps will be telemarketing a client base looking for people that want to discuss their situation with a qualified Sr. Debt Advisor. You would be responsible for following a script based questionnaire and calling people that previously applied for more information. If you deem that the person is qualified you would then pass them on to a Sr. Debt Advisor.

 

Level 2 – Debt Advisor

As a Debt Advisor you would call your own bank of customers who requested more information about or Debt Program. After discussing the program with the client you would be responsible for enrolling the client into the program. Debt Advisors are expected to enroll 12 new clients or more each month with incentives for exceeding expectations.

 

Level 3 – Sr. Debt Advisor

Sr. Debt Advisors manage their own customer base as well as take live transfer calls from existing lead sources as well as the telemarketing group. They are the best versed in our program and guide the client through the enrollment process. Sr. Debt Advisors are expected to enroll 15 or more new clients each month and have incentives for exceeding expectations.

Salary and Incentive

 

All positions come with a base hourly rate + the possibility for incentive. Hourly rates range from $10-$15 per hour based on level and experience. Regular raises are available for all employees and are offered with review. Incentives and bonuses are paid to those that meet or exceed their expectations on a monthly basis.

We're looking for dynamic professionals with strong interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills. We value candidates with previous sales experience and knowledge but are willing to train the right individuals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 

•Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline through consultative selling

•Prospect new business through hot leads and close new accounts (NO COLD CALLING!)

•Drive revenue growth by enrolling individuals into one of our debt settlement programs
