harmonda
I have a 27' boat and it is on a trailer that is too large for the boat. The neck is adjusted almost all the way back and it still doesn't sit at the end of the trailer. It makes it harder to maneuver in my drive and at the dock than it needs to be for the size of the boat. Option 1: would be to trade with someone in the opposite situation. I'd be looking at a straight-up trade and the other trailer must be in similar or better condition. Option 2: I have found a couple trailers for sale that would work but the owners don't have a boat for theirs and don't need mine as a trade. So, I would need to sell this one. Deets: It is a mid-90s trailer. Dual axle. surge brakes. recent tires. It could easily handle a 32 footer or more depending on load rating...I'll have to check it's tag when I get home to see what it is rated to. It is very beefy and solid. Bunks are in good shape. I've towed it all over Ohio with zero issues. I'll need to get $3k out of it to make a deal on another trailer. 066 by harmonda, on Flickr 059 by harmonda, on Flickr
