The first of nine self-service kiosks intended to make Ohio vehicle registration faster and easier opened last week in a Marc’s supermarket in Westerville.

The kiosks are intended to allow quick and easy renewal of vehicle registration. Two more in the Columbus area and three each in the Cleveland and Cincinnati areas are scheduled to open within six to eight weeks.

Kiosk users just swipe their driver’s license and credit card. The machine then provides registration stickers.

Nice. I have a computer and a mailbox so no need...I bet the Marcs people are going to hate it....all the people who will still show up with a 4 month old electric bill and no I.D. trying to renew their plates lol

Nathan always has ours done well before its due, but this is still cool for the people who go out and pick it up themselves.
