87GT Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Tim $200 at microcenter will get you what I consider a low end refurbished entry tower. You will just need keyboard,mouse, and monitor. They sell weaker end ones for $100ish. Keyboard mouse combos you can find for $5-10 and they have cheap monitors around $75-85. I've bought a few for different reasons and they are solid in terms of longevity.
