2 Sweet Posted October 26, 2015 Report Share Posted October 26, 2015 I bought this from Carl last spring. It's a basic MTD 21" push mower, ran fine until I clipped a curb like an idiot. I started taking it apart to fix it, then realized I didn't know what I was doing and didn't care enough to try and go any further. I don't think the shaft is bent, but the timing is definitely off. The blade will spin and it tries to run but won't. It probably just needs the flywheel reset and a $2 key replaced.
