Electrician Needed

I just installed a light in my dining room. There is no power there currently so I need someone to run power so it will work with the switch I have on the wall. Probably an easy job for an electrician. I don't want to mess with it. I have access above the room to walk around and below in the basement. Included are pics of the light I need power run to and the attic above.

It can be wired from the attic so just saving someone else the time of cutting a hole and hanging it.

I don't as they were installed before we moved in. I do have a spare box in the basement I'll take a pic of and post.
