Great attorney that knows the law and the people in the legal/judicial system locally. I don't envy the legal position he's in now. Didn't I hear somewhere that, since there were a few convictions over the last few years, even teenagers that video/photo an 'encounter' of any sort and transmit it via social media can be charged for distribution? Still this isn't a case of consenting statutory rape, it's actual sexual assault, so why charge the lesser charge that may interfere with a conviction for a much more serious crime. this periscope nonsense is just the laws of the physical realm not keeping up with the laws of the digital one.
