Guy told me he was in the area on xx/xx date and I said please swing by. called him that day to have him come over. Offered him $50, he said $75 and I said $50 and I bet it takes you less than 15 minutes. I pulled out the cash, he took it and was gone in less than 10 minutes. Did a great job.
