FS: Almost new sofa and love seat $1300

Unfortunately, they are just too big for the area we have them in, so we are looking to go to something a little smaller. They are very soft and comfortable. There are no marks or damage. Couches have the stain resistance treatment. Love seat measures 71"L x 45"W x 38"D and the Sofa 97"W x 45"D x 38"H. Will post actual pics soon, lighting is terrible.
